This is an exciting announcement for us as we believe this will yield important benefits for our suppliers, customers, and synergies across markets, while ensuring the continuity of our business and relationships.
Over the long term, we believe that this partnership will result in greater efficiencies and significantly accelerate our ability to seize on industry growth opportunities to make Harley’s & HealthActiv even better positioned to navigate an evolving industry.
Harley’s will continue to be run by the same experienced management team that is in place today and HealthActiv will support this team, building a common future together. It continues to be business as usual at HealthActiv & Harley’s and you should not expect any changes in your partnership with us. Note that the transaction is still subject to regulatory approval.
